Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Draft Wrestlers (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you're under 18, you confirm a parent or guardian has reviewed these Terms. If you're using the Service in a jurisdiction with a higher minimum age for online services, you must meet that age.

3. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your sign-in email secure. We use magic-link authentication, so anyone with access to your email inbox can sign in as you. If your email is compromised, change it promptly via your Settings page.

One person, one account. Don't impersonate others. We may suspend accounts that engage in fraud, harassment, or abuse.

4. Paid features

Custom and Championship tier leagues require payment ($10 and $20 per season respectively) via Stripe. Payments are processed in U.S. dollars.

Refund policy: If your league hasn't started drafting yet, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After the draft begins, refunds are issued at our discretion. Contact us through the support channel listed below.

Stripe processes all payments. We don't store your card numbers. Their terms apply to the payment portion of the Service.

5. Intellectual property

Wrestler names, likenesses, and trademarks belong to their respective owners (WWE, AEW, NJPW, TNA Impact, Ring of Honor, etc.). Draft Wrestlers uses them as factual references for the purpose of fantasy sports competition, similar to fantasy football or baseball platforms.

Photos uploaded by users must not infringe on others' copyrights. Don't upload images you don't have the right to use.

Custom federations and custom wrestlers you create in Championship tier leagues belong to you. Your content remains yours; you grant us the limited right to display it within the Service.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Harass other users in chat or via custom team names
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service
• Upload content that's illegal, hateful, or violates others' rights
• Use the Service for actual gambling or wagering

7. Not gambling

Draft Wrestlers is a fantasy sports platform offered for entertainment. No real-money prizes are paid by us. League entry fees pay for the platform's hosting and operation; they're not wagers. Wrestling outcomes are scripted, which is part of the fun.

8. Service availability

We aim to keep the Service running but make no guarantees. The Service may be unavailable for maintenance, updates, or other reasons. We're not liable for losses arising from downtime.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't warrant the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Draft Wrestlers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (which for free-tier users is $0).

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time via Settings → Delete my account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via email or an in-app banner. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
